Passive investing in apartments does not have to be complicated. In fact, it's actually pretty simple. Below, I will dive into the steps to take in order to get started.
Step #1 - Get to know one another!
Who are you and who am I? The first step I like to take is to hop on a discovery call. Here I can learn about you, your goals and how I may be of some assistance.
Step #2 - Operator identifies the target property (we do this.)
Much of this step is done behind the scenes. As we receive deals either from relationships we've built or direct seller strategies the underwriting begins. Underwriting then leads to an offer price and among manner other things, if it is accepted and a PSA is signed, we will move forward.

Step #3 - Notify our investors

Step #4 - You reserve your spot
This is done through the portal under the offering of interest. Reserve your spot by soft committing what you would like to invest. This holds your place as these are first come, first serve.
Step #5 - You review documents
All pertinent documents will be included in the portal. Pictures, investor deck which includes market insight and details about the property, private placement memorandums (PPM) etc will all be included for your review.
Step #6 - You fund your capital investment
Funds will be wired according to the instructions provided.
Congratulations!
You are now invested. This is now the point where you relax and wait for your distributions and celebrate. Passive income is a wonderful thing and what makes it the best is that you don't do any of the work.
