My name is Nicole Gauthier and I am the Founder of Wicked Holdings. I am happily married and a mommy to 2 amazing kids (both a boy and girl.)
I hold a Bachelors degree in Business from University of Houston with a concentration in Finance.
I first began my career as an Accountant in the Oil and Gas industry, yet after becoming a mom realized my schedule would not fit motherhood. I set out on a path to find my true purpose outside of our home. Real estate was it! This journey has allowed me the ability to combine what I love into one big bundle and take others along for the ride with me.
I am currently invested in 400+ units with a focus on multifamily value add strategies.
